Shipping and Returns Policy

Peachtree Studio offers standard shipping for all items, with estimated delivery times between 4-8 business days. Prices are automatically calculated during checkout for customers located within Canada and US based on product size, weight, and tariffs for US customers. If you are located outside of these regions, please fill out our Contact form to submit your order for review, and we will send an invoice for the total price of your order including shipping. If you are experiencing an issue with the item you received, please email us at peachtree.studio@outlook.com, otherwise all items are final sale.
Note: Free pickup option is available for customers located within the Greater Toronto Area.
Do you offer custom products?

Peachtree Studio offers custom products on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out our Contact form including details of the custom product you are looking for and we will get back to you for approval.
Are all your products handmade?

Yes, all crochet items from Peachtree Studio are individually hand-crafted, while products such as stickers and greeting cards are designed through Procreate. Peachtree Studio does not condone purchasing crochet items from online resellers, or using AI to generate printed media.
How do you price your products?

The time it takes to complete a product
Market demand for a product
What supplies are being used
Complexity of a crochet pattern
Shipping costs per region/country
